Laddinc App was designed to provide another platform for staff to access LADD’s resources on employee mobile devices. Ladd Inc strives to provide the latest technology to our employees to make their jobs easier and more efficient.

FEATURES:

- Communication tool - management can communicate with employees easily.

- Community database – Community events can be entered/viewed on the app.

- Making the difference – This is a form that staff can fill out to acknowledge another staff for the excellent job they have done and the ways that we are all Making the Difference!

- Ladd Directory – This is an online directory for staff to easily access Ladd Inc.’s policies and procedures. Keeping all resources right at their fingertips.

- Handbook – This is an online directory for staff to easily access Ladd Inc.’s policies and procedures located in the Employee Handbook.

- Training – This is a shortcut to direct employees to our online Training Site where they can complete required and voluntary trainings.

- Open Hours – This is a shortcut for staff to view all available hours in the programs. Giving them the opportunity to pick up shifts if they wish.

-Emergency Procedures – This is a shortcut for staff to utilize in case of Emergency. All Ladd Inc. Emergency Procedures are located here for staff to reference in time of need.
